2 Sets of 4 coasters engraved with the aircraft registration C-GSAT and the edition number for the coasters 1 of 2 or 2 of 2.
The latest edition is none other than an Airbus A310-300 that rolled off the production line in 1991. Emirates were the first to have MSN 600 and held the registration A6-EKH. This wide body aircraft had a range of around 8,000 kilometres and carried approximately 250 passengers. Emirates used the plane until the turn of the millennium before moving to the African continent, flying with Kenya Airways.
Eleven years later, Air Transat acquired the aircraft and was given the fleet number 304 which could be seen on the forward undercarriage doors.
"Welcome" livery was added a few years later which highlighted such a colourful design. The wording was translated into many different languages which adorned the rear section of the Airbus.
C-GSAT had its last fare- paying flight shortly after the covid pandemic. Flight number #TS765 arrived in Toronto, March 2020 and that was the end of this wonderful plane.
